***Upon booking a consultation through this website, you hereby confirm and agree to all the conditions set in the consultation agreement and consultation guidelines below.
The Client is obliged to pay the mutually agreed service fee to book/confirm a consultation appointment under the following terms and conditions.

2. The consultation fee is paid for a professional consultation only, and it doesn't include any money transfer/postal fees, application/govt./IRCC fees, ECA conducting organization fee, etc.
3. No in-depth document/file review is done during this initial consultation. If that is what you want, then please send an email for a full immigration support.
4. Rescheduling of an appointment is possible with a 48 hour notice. 'No-show' (absence without a notice) is not entitled to a refund. You can cancel your consultation at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. An administration fee of CAD $50.00 will be deducted and the rest will be refunded. Cancellations made after 48 hours, will not receive any refund.
5. If you will be late for your consultation, we ask that you inform us as soon as possible via email/phone call. We will only wait for you for 15 minutes. The time missed will not be compensated as the RCIC needs to attend to the next appointment.
6. The cost of the consultation will be credited towards the balance of professional fees should you wish to proceed within the next 15 days (related to the matters consulted) with the service, but it is NOT transferable.
7. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws in effect in the Province of Alberta and the Federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Please be advised that Mr. Michael Corrales is a member in good standing (#R533319) with CICC (formerly known as ICCRC), College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, and as such, is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.
8. The Client is not allowed to record the audio/video meeting calls without having prior approval of the Consultant. This is required because of privacy reasons, and to minimize any misinterpretation/inappropriate use of the contents of the consultation by a third party. However, the Client may take as many written notes as possible.
9. The contents of the consultation are to be considered strictly confidential and this must not be shared/distributed in any form except for legal requirements
10. Immigration consultation may or may not result in a Client's expected outcome. Therefore, there is no guarantee, whatsoever, regarding the outcomes of a consultation.
11. If I have more questions after the 60 minute consultation, you have the option to avail the visa assistance service or pay for a second consultation.
12. Please review the above and ask questions to clarify any of the Terms and Conditions (T&C) mentioned above before making a payment. Not to mention, making a payment confirms your 100% understanding and agreement to the above terms and conditions.
